Returns and Refunds

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Where a product is faulty, damaged or does not meet the guarantees available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Please contact us promptly and provide:

• Your order number;

• A description of the issue;

• Photographs where applicable.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery provided:

• The product is unused;

• The product is in original condition;

• Original packaging is retained;

• Proof of purchase is supplied.

Return freight costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and form part of the total purchase price. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier providers;

• Weather events;

• Public holidays;

• Supply chain disruptions;

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided in your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional freight charges resulting from incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.

Rural and Remote Deliveries

Additional charges may apply for rural addresses, Waiheke Island, Stewart Island, Great Barrier Island, Chatham Islands and other remote locations. If additional freight charges are required, we will contact you before dispatch.

Freight Provider

Products are shipped via Mainfreight or an equivalent freight provider. A tracking number will be provided where available.

Heavy Item Deliveries

Some products sold through our store are bulky and/or have weights that require assistance unloading.

Customers should ensure suitable access is available at the delivery location and may require assistance when unloading heavier items. Deliveries are made to the address specified at checkout. Drivers may not be able to carry products long distances from the delivery vehicle.
