Working with Fresh Choice, we created a strong sense of order that makes the alcohol section feel premium. Bottles are neatly blocked by brand and colour, with consistent shelf heights and tidy ticketing. Clear sightlines to the back wall and chiller signage keep the area feeling open and spacious, so the store looks bright, contemporary and satisfying to shop in.

About this project

Functionally, the smart layout works hard for Fresh Choice. The low profiles and open ends keep sightlines clear right through to the chillers, while the generous shelf lengths and brand blocking maximise facing capacity.

Black framing and warm timber panels give the department a modern, premium look that still feels relaxed and coastal, a good fit for Sumner. The consistent materials palette ties the aesthetic together, so the fixtures read as one strong theme rather than separate bits of shelving.

Shoppers can move easily around the curved end and into the aisles, making it simple to browse, compare and trade up.
